Farming is part of the back bone of Ballymena. Lots of kids learn how to drive tractors before learning in an actual car and Ballymena Livestock Market is one of the busiest places in the area. Here are our three favourite farmers to follow on instagram;

1/ Modern Farmette – An American who ended up on a beautiful Irish Farm. Expect lots of cows, goats and food inspiration – she has a cook book being published very soon.

2/ Tim Zweber – an organic diary farmer who always has his camera phone in his hand.

3/ Ben Hole – a hard working farmer from the Isle of Purbeck, England. Look out for their own brand of wool.
