It was written, produced and directed by John Hughes who was also responsible for films like Sixteen Candles, Weird Science, Pretty in Pink and Ferris Bueller’s Day off and we are excited to watch it again on a big screen. The Breakfast Club follows some students who have been summoned to attend a Saturday morning detention together. It is often referred to as one of the greatest ever high school films.

The tagline sums the film up – “They were five total strangers with nothing in common, meeting for the first time. A brain, a beauty, a jock, a rebel and a recluse.”
