Ballymena is as excited as the rest of the UK when it comes to the return of the Great British Bake off on BBC 1. Although there are no Northern Irish contestants to back this year (remember this guy?) we are glued to our television every Wednesday night to see who will triumph in the blind bake and who will get sent home.

Here are some local businesses who are obviously enjoying the Great British Bake Off too.

This is the Panasonic TX-32cs510 LED TV which has a free 5 year warranty.

Only £299 including free delivery/postage within UK and Ireland.

Some might say that these tv’s are on offer because the football season has just kicked off but we like to think that it is so we can watch Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood judge tasty cakes.

IMG_0077Waterstones in Ballymena are stocking a massive range of books which will teach you how to bake just like Mary Berry! Victoria made us this beautiful Tuck Shop Cake which was taken from the Clandestine Cake Club Cookbook which has inspired us to get our mixing bowl and wooden spoon out too.

Thanks Victoria!
