Mid and East Antrim Agewell Partnership are holding a cookery demonstration with Chef Paula McIntyre. Paula is a well loved personality from BBC Radio Ulster and will be sharing her tips and preparing something delicious at the event which is set to be held in Tullyglass House Hotel on Thursday 1st October.

MEAAP is a local inter-agency based partnership aimed at improving the lives of older people aged 60 years and over in the Ballymena, Larne & Carrickfergus areas. They offer some great services including a Handyman service, support and advice along with their Good Morning Service. In association with Good Morning Ballymena & Good Morning East Antrim, MEAAP can provide a daily phone call, or as required, for older people in need of support to maintain their independence, provide reassurance and overcome social isolation as well as provide information and support services.

They also offer assistance and home visits to do tasks such as hospital appointments, shopping or simply a social call or outing.
