Ballymena Runners have been inspiring us all year long to get out and get moving. They do a great job encouraging new runners with their Couch to 5K programme, organising the weekly Park Run at the Ecos Centre and we love following their many successes. They do indeed ‘run the town’!
Ballymena Runners are taking entires for the Race over the Glens race which will be held on Friday 1st January. The 6 Mile race is off road and perfect for any runners who have over indulged at Christmastime or anyone who wants to start the new year wth a bang!
