Capes add drama – If you don’t want a traditional big dress than opt for something simpler but keep it chic with a cape. The most up to date accessory will make you stand out and is a quirky twist on the traditional train.

Go 30’s Vintage – If you are opting for a vintage theme the the only era to pick is the 1930’s. Beaded, figure hugging and and embellished the 30’s dress calls for a slim figure and a perfect fit.

Off the Shoulder is still in and white is not the only colour to choose from any more which golds, greys, and pastels appearing on the catwalk. Lace is still a classic choice and there are still quite a few dresses appearing with sleeves for the more mature bride.
