Annie by Voiceworks in Ballymena

Voiceworks are producing “Annie” in the Braid Arts in Ballymena from the 5th to the 8th August. Voiceworks is an organisation established open the opportunity to both Kids and teenagers to develop appropriate technique in a fun and safe environment, lead by tutors experienced in Classical and Musical-Theatre performance. Their tutors include Lesley Henry and Cillian Donaghy who between them have lots of experience in both performing and working with other actors and children. Annie by Voiceworks in Ballymena Set in 1930’s New York during the Great Depression, brave young Annie is forced to live a life of misery and torment at Miss Hanniagn’s orphanage. Determined to find her real parents, her luck changes when she is chosen to spend Christmas at the residence of famous billionaire, Oliver Warbucks. But spiteful Miss Hannigan has other ideas and hatches a plan to spoil Annie’s search.
