It’s been over three years since we launched The Directory Page

Our idea was simple, we wanted to forge a real community between local businesses… a community that was both online and offline. Over the course of the last few years we have offered design services, business management and digital strategy to a wide range of local businesses and organisations. Building community can seem slow and can be frustrating… it’s not like just switching on a light… that said, we couldn’t be more encouraged by how our idea has developed since 2011.

Listing your business/organisation in a directory is one thing but, writing meaningful content that works well with Google and actually benefits how people find you, has been a huge part of what we are doing and will continue to do… as has our design for web & print. The connection we want to make with you is a real one with real benefits.

Our range of work has expanded to include so much from around the town and district of Ballymena that we needed to re-shape our furniture a bit… which brings us to Ballymena Today.

927313_582152718549775_38301613_nWe love Ballymena! We are passionate about seeing the town thrive… from local business to community organisations to education… and, our team are privileged to work alongside people in all of these areas every day and so, we want to continue to write about the good things! There is lots to be written about and to be shared and encouraged…

This has never been just about networking… we want to build real relationships that benefit your business/organisation… we want to see the effects of that rub off on others around you.

Other people may offer you the best looking website… the most traffic to your beautiful website… a sparkling list of big-time clients from the big city… we won’t tease you with any of that! We like the real world just fine…

In 2011, we shared this video clip on our first ever blog post. It’s still as important a message now…

We like Seth Godin’s simple explanation of the real world…

So, we want to work with you in supporting local community, business and education… we want to blog about you and we want to help you work with others. We want to see Ballymena building real community instead of just papering over the cracks.
