Race over the Glens with Ballymena Runners

Ballymena Runners have been inspiring us all year long to get out and get moving. They do a great job encouraging new runners with their Couch to 5K programme, organising the weekly Park Run at the Ecos Centre and we love following their many successes. They do indeed ‘run the town’! Ballymena Runners are taking entires for the Race over the Glens race which will be held on Friday 1st January. SOAK wins Northern Ireland Music Award

Ballymena Today favourite SOAK has picked up the Northern Ireland Music award for her album Before We Forgot How To Dream. Read out blog post about SOAK here.
