Well done to the team at Maxol Doury Road in Ballymena for winning the ‘Excellence in Customer Experience’ award at the recently held Maxol Excellence Awards.

The Maxol 2018 Excellence Awards were held in Portugal

Maxol, Ireland’s leading family-owned forecourt and convenience retailer has announced the winners of its 2018 Excellence Awards.  The annual awards scheme, now in its twenty-second year, promotes and rewards Excellence in Retail Standards, Customer Experience, and Community Engagement across Maxol’s network of service stations in Ireland.  The awards were presented at a company-wide special celebration, in Porto, Portugal.

Awards were presented in the following categories: Excellence in Standards, Customer Experience and Excellence in Community Engagement.  The two top performing sites across all categories were rewarded with the most coveted award of the night: Store of the Year.

The retailers are assessed through a combination of detailed site inspections by Maxol management, external inspections, fundraising activities for Maxol’s nominated charity (AWARE) and mystery shopper visits to observe and assess the quality of service offered to the customer.
