Joshua Burnside has just been awarded the Northern Ireland Music Prize In Association With Blue Moon 2017. Some of our favourites were up the award too including Arborist and Malojian. Save the Class of 2018 is a campaign being run by Papyrus. The organisation raises awareness about suicide rates among young people at school. Mid and East Antrim Borough council, through our Good Relations Programme, are hosting The Messines Story. The Braid in Ballymena will host an evening of reflection which looks at the shared history around the Battle of Messines, respectfully remembering key historical events from 100 years ago. November is Mouth Cancer Action to raise awareness of mouth cancer. The aim of shining a light on this problem is that it will hopefully same lives.
