Granny’s Pantry say;
From our kitchen table, in Cullybackey,Co. Antrim we produce small batches of seasonal Jams, Jellies, Chutneys, Ketchup & Lemon Curd, using homegrown or locally sourced seasonal produce. We only use natural ingredients without preservatives or additives. Only spirit vinegar is used and our Pectin is homemade. No Gluten is used in any of our products and they are also suitable for the vegetarian diet.
Our apple based Jellies make a welcome addition to any sandwich, scones, pancakes, or even as a filling for a sponge cake, while also giving extra flavour to cold or hot meats, depth to gravy or even as a glaze to your meats whether grilling or roasting.
Chutneys are a traditional accompaniment to cheese & crusty bread, but don’t let tradition hold you back from trying new ideas!!
