Here at Ballymena Today we’re passionate about supporting local business and it was great to hear that the bread which Refinery Coffee Shop uses is baked just down the road in Ballynure – hand crafted sourdough bread baked by hand by Zac’s Bakehouse. All the cakes, buns and tarts are made by Refinery Coffee Shop staff including fabulous brownies, banoffee tarts, lemon & poppyseed cake and much more. Their salads and sandwiches are prepared in-house as well ensuring you get to eat the freshest of food! Refinery Coffee Shop In Galgorm – great for breakfast, lunch or coffee & cake! If you’re in the Galgorm area and need something more substantial than coffee and a traybake, then you could call in for their breakfast or lunch options. Both menus offer a good choice of food with the Refinery twist. Here’s the typical breakfast and...
