Well doen to Gal-groom, professional dog groomers from Galgorm, Ballymena who have won first prize in their category at the Extrodinary Grooming Show. Congratulations Ellen!

Gal-Groom win at Extraordinary Grooming Show

Here is what Ellen shared on the Gal-groom Facebook page.

I AM OVER THE MOON!!!!! I placed 1st in extreme creative class and took Best in Show at the Extraordinary Grooming Show.
Thank you so much to Su Eld-Weaver and Tanya Faye for putting on a great show and also to the judges for thinking so highly of my work.
Really well done to everyone else who had the courage to compete and to those that placed. Made some lovely new friends today.

We are looking forward to seeing more pictures of the winner. Anyone who lives near Galgorm may well have spotted these colourful dogs getting out for a walk – we know we have spotted them on occasion!

And while we are talking about dogs we love the new Dog’s Trust Advertisement. Haven’t seen it yet? Then take a look below:

The campaign is trying to raise awareness of hundreds of dogs at Dogs Trust’s 20 rehoming centres around the country by showing just how important a new owner is to a Dogs Trust dog waiting for their special someone. Ballymena’s Dog’s Trust rehoming centre is located on the Teeshan Road and they have lots of puppies, dogs and cats who are looking for their someone special. Again a big well done to Ellen of Gal-groom – to find out more about her work click here to visit the Gal-groom website.
